SITUATION

With the aim of increasing their digital visibility and online transactions, many services have been developed to support users in their customer journey. La Roche Posay having an international presence and a complex internal workflow, how to effectively ensure the deployment of several online services around the world?

TASKS

Accompany the client in the implementation of processes and the definition of KPIs to ensure rapid and efficient deployment.
