SITUATION

This project aims to maintain and develop the internal IS tools of Mondelez, which has many brands and hundreds of references. The client encounters difficulties in ensuring the maintenance of the tools supporting the company’s value chain.

TASKS

Obsolete tools, a long and complex mechanism operated by an external service provider. Comment assurer et optimiser ce processus qui est primordial pour garantir la production et la distribution des produits de l’entreprise en France ?

  • Ensure the RUN of the various tools
  • Make the link between users and the technical service provider in order to develop the tools

Management and maintenance of IS tools in complete autonomy, implementation of activation campaigns and optimization of processes: :
