Mission 1: AMOA on the redesign of the back-office of the e-commerce site

SITUATION

The business site management tool has become old and obsolete, the Monoprix team called on a WEB agency to redesign it.The company therefore called on Headmind Partners consultants to coordinate the project and make the link between the MOE and the business.

TASKS

My work on this project was to coordinate the project in order to translate the business need into technical and functional specifications. SCRUM methology applied, work in collaboration with the Product Owner and the Tech Lead.

Mission 2: Test on the redesign of the front office of the e-commerce site

SITUATION

In an objectif de modernité et de développement numérique, Monoprix called on a WEB agency to reorganize its merchant web site www.monoprix.fr. The company therefore called on Headmind Partners consultants to coordinate the project and make the link between the MOE and the business.

My work on this project was to ensure the quality of each delivery by performing functionnal and acceptance tests on the different environments of the monoprix.fr e-commerce site

CONTEXT

Monoprix has many mobile applications for its customers. In this context, some of them needed an overhaul while others needed to evolve.

In this project, my role was to ensure the functional and technical quality of the “Monoprix & Moi” and “Monop'Easy” mobile applications
