On behalf of the UserAdgents agency, in charge of the redesign V2 the Franprix e-commerce application and website for customers.
SITUATION
In its objective to digitize as much as possible the purchasing process of its customers, Franprix has many digital projects to improve the experience of their users. With this in mind, the company has planned to redesign part of its application with several features and paths such as the purchase tunnel, the product sheets, the catalog, the loyalty program but also to add external services to expand its functionality catalog. The budget being limited, the constraint on this project was to prioritize features based on their importance and complexity.
TASKS
Accompany the client to maintain an application and fix bugs in production while working on the web & mobile redesign with a limited budget.
