Pour le compte de l’agence UserAdgents, en charge de la refonte UI/UX de l’application client COFIDIS. C’est l’application qui permet aux particuliers de check their balance, make transactions and subscribe to new services.
SITUATION
Through its digital transformation, l’entreprise COFIDIS a pour objectif de redesign their mobile application and website afin d’offrir à leurs clients a simpler, more ergonomic experience focused on their needs. Le secteur bancaire étant complexe avec de nombreuses spécificités, l’enjeu de ce projet a été de conciliate modernity and innovation while dealing with these technical constraints.
TASKS
Accompany the client to setup a new project methodology and to plan sprint designs to allow business users of Cofidis to create a new mobile application and website while répondant aux différents cas d’usages clients dans le temps escompté.
