Mission 1: AMOA on the redesign of the back-office of the e-commerce site<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

SITUATION<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The business site management tool has become old and obsolete<\/strong>, the Monoprix team called on a WEB agency to redesign it.<\/strong>The company therefore called on Headmind Partners consultants to coordinate the project and make the link between the MOE and the business<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TASKS<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

My work on this project was to coordinate the project<\/strong> in order to translate the business need into technical and functional specifications<\/strong>. SCRUM methology applied<\/strong>, work in collaboration with the Product Owner and the Tech Lead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Monoprix has many mobile applications for its customers. In this context, some of them needed an overhaul while others needed to evolve<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
