On behalf of the UserAdgents agency, in charge of the UI\/UX redesign of the COFIDIS client website and mobile application<\/strong>. It is the application that allows users to check their balance, make transactions and subscribe to new services<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SITUATION<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Through its digital transformation<\/strong>, COFIDIS aims to redesign their mobile application and website<\/strong> in order to offer their customers a simpler, more ergonomic experience focused on their needs<\/strong>. As the banking sector is complex with many specificities, the challenge of this project was to conciliate modernity and innovation while dealing with these technical constraints<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TASKS<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Accompany the client to setup a new project methodology<\/strong> and to plan sprint designs<\/strong> to allow business users of Cofidis to create a new mobile application and website while answering the different customers uses cases within the expected time<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
