Pour le compte de l\u2019agence UserAdgents, en charge de la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une nouvelle application \u00e0 destion des fans de footballs et des licenci\u00e9s FFF<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SITUATION<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Historically, the FFF had 2 separate mobile applications, l\u2019une \u00e0 destination des fans de football afin de suivre les r\u00e9sultats des grandes comp\u00e9titions<\/strong>, l\u2019autre application \u00e0 destination des licenci\u00e9s FFF afin de suivre leurs prochains matchs, r\u00e9sultats, classements<\/strong>\u2026 Etc. Les 2 applications \u00e9tant devenues obsol\u00e8tes avec le temps et r\u00e9pondant \u00e0 un besoin similaire, la FFF a eu comme projet de refondre ces 2 apps in a single app<\/strong>, allowing its customer to follow the results of national and amateur competitions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Accompagner le client dans la cr\u00e9ation de cette nouvelle application, de la cr\u00e9ation graphique et direction artistique, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 sa livraison en production<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      D\u00e9veloppeur Android \u2013 UserAdgents<\/h5>\nRomain demonstrated solid skills in project management and was able to successfully lead the team to achieve the various objectives. He closely followed the schedule and budget of the projects, while ensuring that the objectives were achieved on time and with the required quality.
      He demonstrated a great ability to communicate effectively with the various stakeholders, which made it possible to maintain good collaboration throughout the project. His ability to maintain a positive and motivating work environment was also appreciated by all team members.
