On behalf of the UserAdgents agency, in charge of the creation of a new application for football fans and FFF licensees<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SITUATION<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Historically, the FFF had 2 separate mobile applications, one for football fans to follow the results of major competitions<\/strong>, the other application for FFF licensees to follow their next matches, results, rankings<\/strong>The 2 applications having become obsolete over time and responding to a similar need, the FFF had a project to redesign these 2 apps in a single app<\/strong>, allowing its customer to follow the results of national and amateur competitions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Accompany the client in the creation of this new application, from the graphic design and artistic direction, until its delivery in production<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Management and monitoring of the development team on Android and iOS (4 FTEs)<\/li>\n\n\n\n

  • Implementation and animation of the different Agile instances (refinement, demo, retro\u2026)<\/li>\n\n\n\n

      Android Developper - UserAdgents<\/h5>\nRomain demonstrated solid skills in project management and was able to successfully lead the team to achieve the various objectives. He closely followed the schedule and budget of the projects, while ensuring that the objectives were achieved on time and with the required quality.
