Pour le compte de l\u2019agence UserAdgents, in charge of the redesign<\/strong> V2 <\/strong>de l\u2019application et du site web ecommerce Franprix \u00e0 destination des clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SITUATION<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

In its objective to digitaliser un maximum le parcours d\u2019achat de ses clients<\/strong>, Franprix a de nombreux projets digitaux afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer l\u2019exp\u00e9rience de leurs utilisateurs. Dans cette optique, l\u2019entreprise a pr\u00e9vu de refondre une partie de son application avec plusieurs fonctionnalit\u00e9s et parcours comme le tunnel d\u2019achat, les fiches produits, le catalogue<\/strong>, the loyalty program <\/strong>but also to add external services<\/strong> to expand its functionality catalog. The budget being limited, the constraint on this project was to prioritize features based on their importance and complexity. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Accompany the client to maintain an application and fix bugs in production <\/strong>while working on la refonte web & mobile avec un budget limit\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
