Monoprix

Within the IT system department of Monoprix, participation in the development of several e-commerce projects for individual Monoprix customers. Agile methodology applied for all of these projects.

Context: As part of their digital transformation, reinforcement of the Monoprix teams for the various web and mobile projects aimed at improving the customer experience and making the brand one of the digital pioneers.

• Mission 1: AMOA on the redesign of the back-office of the e-commerce site
• Mission 2: Test on the redesign of the front office of the e-commerce site
• Mission 3: Mobile Application Quality Manager
• Mission 4: Participation in the integration of the Monoprix offer into Amazon Prime Now

Role: In charge of ensuring the development and monitoring of the various Monoprix projects. Framing, design, project monitoring, quality and recipe and delivery.
