On behalf of the UserAdgents agency, in charge of the UI/UX redesign of the COFIDIS client website and mobile application. It is the application that allows users to check their balance, make transactions and subscribe to new services.
SITUATION
Through its digital transformation, COFIDIS aims to redesign their mobile application and website in order to offer their customers a simpler, more ergonomic experience focused on their needs. As the banking sector is complex with many specificities, the challenge of this project was to conciliate modernity and innovation while dealing with these technical constraints.
TASKS
Accompany the client to setup a new project methodology and to plan sprint designs to allow business users of Cofidis to create a new mobile application and website while answering the different customers uses cases within the expected time.
