On behalf of the IDIX agency, support for client VINCI AUTOROUTES in the redesign of H24, the company's social network. Operational maintenance and developments of the web platform.

SITUATION : H24 is the internal Social Media meant for the VINCI AUTOROUTES employees and has been developed by the digital agency IDIX. The platform is available on web and mobile (iOS and Android) but has been developed a long time ago on an old technical foundation. The users being more and more great on mobile, the need of overhauling became urgent in order to redesign properly the application and get back on a healthy foundation.

TASKS : My role on this project has been to lead the redesign of the mobile application while maintaining and evolving the existing platform on the web. The project was given to an external mobile development agency, my role therefore to carry out this new relationship and setup an effective methodology to give a maximum transparency to the client and other stakeholders.

ACTIONS :

  • Setup of an Agile framework
  • Setup and animation of the different agile meetings
  • Creation and update User Stories
  • Management and creation of the Development Sprints
  • Monitoring of the development teem
  • Weekly instances with the client
  • Risk management of the budget and delays
  • Functionnal & Acceptance Tests

RESULTS :

  • Delivery in production of the application to 100% of users in April 2024
  • Increase of the NPS on both iOS and Google Store
