SITUATION
The project to create an iOS and Android application was born out of strong demand from its Hedios customers who wanted to be able to access their customer area directly via their phone. The complexity of the project on the one hand was to highlight the consultation and management of daily operations via an ergonomic and personalized in-app experience but also the identification and integration of several rigid and complex website paths which raised many technical questions.
TASKS
Offer Hedios customers via the mobile application the management of their portfolio of Gammes H while adding several new features in the information delivered, including monitoring of European stock markets and its products.
ACTIONS

- Coordination and planning of validation milestones

- Development monitoring of 4 development FTEs
- Leading of the different agile meetings

RESULTS
- Beta delivery of the application to a hundred customers
- Delivery in production of the application to 100% of users
