Pour le compte de l’agence UserAdgents, en charge de la création d’une nouvelle application à destion des fans de footballs et des licenciés FFF.

SITUATION

Historically, the FFF had 2 separate mobile applications, l’une à destination des fans de football afin de suivre les résultats des grandes compétitions, l’autre application à destination des licenciés FFF afin de suivre leurs prochains matchs, résultats, classements… Etc. Les 2 applications étant devenues obsolètes avec le temps et répondant à un besoin similaire, la FFF a eu comme projet de refondre ces 2 apps in a single app, allowing its customer to follow the results of national and amateur competitions.

TASKS

Accompagner le client dans la création de cette nouvelle application, de la création graphique et direction artistique, jusqu’à sa livraison en production.

ACTIONS

  • Follow-up and animation of design sprints
  • Writing functional specifications
  • Breakdown, revision and validation of User Stories
